Hello food blog world! I’m Alice, and I recently graduated with my Master’s degree in nutrition and passed the examination to become a Registered Dietitian (RD). During my first semester of graduate school, one of my assignments was to present a food demonstration. I decided to try making a vegan chocolate pudding using avocados. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with the versatility of avocados in baking- especially with vegan recipes!
Besides nutrition, I have a very strong passion for the environment, which is one of the reasons I have been transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. You’ll rarely see me without my set of reusable bamboo utensils or my collapsible reusable bowl and plate set. You’ll probably see pictures of them in a future blog post.
